Coming Soon - "And hear the Angels sing"

2020 hasn't exactly been a year filled with hope, has it? And yet, in Church we are about to enter the season of Advent, preparing for the great celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. It's going to be a rather different celebration of course. But that doesn't mean there isn't Good News to celebrate.

This year I have prepared some Advent Reflections based on Angels - a mixture of prose, poetry, and reflections on traditional Christmas Carols featuring Angels. Each day will also feature a picture of an Angel that someone has made or drawn - if you'd like to contribute your own Angel image, then send it to StJohnsAngelTrail@gmail.com - and where there's a Carol, I will link to a video of it so that you can watch, listen, and even sing along!

There are some Virtual Events as well - "Carols and a Cuppa" on Wednesday Morning, repeated Thursday Afternoon, and on 23rd December a Virtual Carol Service in the evening. All these will be on Zoom - contact me at the above address if you want details of how to join.

The message of the angels is one of hope - and it's a message our world really needs this year. So why not join us as we "Hear the Angels Sing".
